Try Father & Son Works — Volume 01: Home & Tools. If you decide it is not for you, request a full refund within 30 calendar days after your purchase. No explanation is required. Downloading or trying the workbook does not, by itself, disqualify you.

How to request a refund

Use our support form and select “Refund request”, or email us below. The form provides an on-screen acknowledgment after successful submission. Acknowledgment is not confirmation that a refund has already been issued.

Email hello@fatherandsonworks.com with the email address used at checkout and, if available, your receipt or order reference. If you cannot find the receipt, include the approximate purchase date so we can help locate the transaction. Do not send your full card number, security code or password.

The date you send your request determines whether it falls within the 30-day guarantee. We may verify the purchase and the person requesting the refund, but we do not require a reason for returning it.

Amount and payment method

For an eligible request, we refund the full amount you paid for this purchase through Stripe to the original payment method. We do not deduct a restocking or administration fee. Your bank determines when the credit appears; the credit may appear as a reversal of the original charge. Any conversion or separate fees charged by your bank are controlled by that bank.

We will confirm when the refund has been submitted. If a refund cannot be processed normally, we will help resolve the issue with the payment provider.

Delivery problems and legal rights

If you have trouble receiving or opening the workbook, contact us for assistance. You do not have to accept troubleshooting instead of a refund covered by this guarantee. After 30 days, contact us about delivery failures, defects, incorrect charges or other rights you may have under applicable law. This guarantee does not replace or limit those rights.
